Feedback from change practitioners is training and certification services from the big change organisations is more about revenue generation than developing competent change agents. And, there is a lack of care on the assessment or application of their standards. The Change Institute New Zealand Limited (CINZ) is a New Zealand based organisation, established 2014, for local member and organisational requirements. CINZ is governed locally by its members and an executive team to represent New Zealand’s unique business interests.
